Ty Oppenlander began his real estate career by building an illustrious real estate portfolio at a prominent investment firm. He transferred his knowledge and expertise into a career helping clients with their individual residential real estate needs. Upon graduation from Rollins College and earning his MBA from the prestigious Crummer Graduate school of Business, Ty entered the real estate industry with a passion to make his client’s real estate dreams come true. From first time homebuyers to the seasoned investor, Ty customizes specific services for each client to fulfill their needs with an analytical approach and detailed attention.

Ty has many hobbies. He is a national champion water skier and loves playing tennis, basketball, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.

He has called Central Florida home since 2001.

Meagan Matheny

Meagan Matheny is a graduate of Auburn University, and holds her Masters in Educational Leadership.  Meagan has two small children, and understands the importance of a safe neighborhood, zoning of schools, and finding the perfect home for you and your family. She forms quality relationships with each client to ensure that they are making the best decision for their future. Meagan lives in the Winter Park area, and has lived in the Orlando area since 2010.

Kelly Ranaudo

Kelley Ranaudo was born and raised in Florida, and has lived in Central Florida for most of her life. She currently lives in SW Orlando and loves calling Florida home. She received her Bachelors degree in Marketing and a Masters in Exercise Science and Wellness, from the University of Florida. She went on to get her MBA from Webster University after moving back to Orlando. She enjoys working hard for each client and is determined to achieve the client's expectations. She knows that every client is looking for something different, and she takes time to get to know her clients and help them realize their dreams. One of her other passions is health and fitness, and she also works as a Health and Wellness Coach. In her spare time, she is with her family. She has two kids and loves watching them play sports and spending time near the ocean.

Gary Kaser

Gary prides himself on being a​​ t​rusted resource ​and experienced agent for​ ​buyers and sellers. As a real estate investor himself, business owner, and property owner, Gary brings a unique perspective to all of his real estate transactions, and is eager to share his own personal experiences and enthusiasm with others. A graduate of Western Michigan University, he based his first career pioneering communications technology. Gary and his wife Kelly are avid water skiers and decided to move to Central Florida to live the dream of purchasing a beautiful lakefront home to enjoy water sports year round. His passion now is representing real estate clients with professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He continues to meet and surpass his client's expectations as evident by his loyal client base and strong referral business.
